About the Artist
My name is Shanel Halgreen , I will be 30 in July. Beauty , especially eyebrows, lashes and makeup has been my passion since I can remember. I am a Lovella Certified and International Accredited Microblading and Eyelash Extension Artist. You will definitely be in the best care and the best hands and walk out of my studio with gorgeous lashes and brows! :)
